Established in the Summer of 2024, Joey’s HiFi shop specializes in
‘Musically Centered HiFi” systems for people to enjoy music in their home. We sell hand made turntables, amps and speakers mostly developed and crated in Europe, both new and Vintage.
Who is joey?
Hello, I am joey lopez phd, a seasoned hifi shop owner with over 25 years experience in the industry having work at and co-owned other hifi shops in Texas. I am also is a Professor of the Practice at a local University where I run a Media & Gaming Lab and teach an array of communication & journalism courses. In addition to hifi, I am also an avid cyclist and automotive enthusiast (and anthropologist). I fell in love with hifi when I was 6 years old and I haven’t looked back. I have had an amazing journey and I love using that journey and knowledge to help customers build hifi’s they will listen to for decades.
